Return and Refund Policy

At UseBreathy, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you need to cancel an order, we’re here to help.

To be eligible for a refund, your order must not have been processed or dispatched yet. To cancel your order, please get in touch with us at info@usebreathy.com and provide your name and order number. Once we confirm the cancellation, we’ll process a full refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we take every effort to ensure your order is correct, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you’ve received the wrong product, please contact us straight away at info@usebreathy.com. We’ll assess the situation and make sure we get it sorted for you as soon as possible.

Returns

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if your item is faulty, does not match the description, or is unfit for purpose. However, please note that we do not accept returns on change of mind purchases. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase to ensure it’s exactly what you want.
