Order Processing Time
We strive to process each order within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Our team is committed to shipping your orders as quickly as possible. You will be notified by email once your order is on its way.
Estimated Delivery Times
Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. The subsequent delivery time is based on the shipping location.
- Australia: 2-6 business days (domestic shipping).
Please note, these shipping times do not include the initial 1-3 business day processing period. Orders placed after 11:00 AM AEST on Fridays or weekends will begin processing the following Monday. Our operations do not extend to weekends or public holidays.

International Shipping
At this time, we only offer shipping within Australia. We are unable to process international orders.
Taxes and Duties on Orders
For orders within Australia, all taxes are included in the final price at checkout. There are no additional duties or taxes applicable.
Order Cancellations
Accidental orders can be addressed by contacting us at info@breathy.com immediately. While we will attempt to stop processing, shipped orders must be returned within 30 days in their original, unopened condition for a refund. Opened items cannot be returned.
