Try Breathy for 30 days from the day your order arrives. You can open the pack and use it, that is the point of the guarantee. If it is not right for you, email info@usebreathy.com with your order number and we refund you to your original payment method. We cover the return postage, and we may simply ask you to dispose of what is left rather than send it back.
The guarantee covers one pack per product type per customer. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply on top of it and are never affected by it.
-
We dispatch within 1–2 business days. Once it is on its way, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days in Australia and a little longer to New Zealand. You will get tracking by email as soon as the parcel is picked up.
-
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address, and it is free on orders over $69.99. You will always see the exact amount before you pay.
-
Right now we ship to Australia and New Zealand only. If you are somewhere else, join our list and we will let you know when we open up your country.
-
Choose monthly delivery on any product page and your pack arrives every month, at a lower price than buying one-off. We email you before every renewal, so a charge never turns up unannounced.
There is no minimum, no lock-in and no cancellation fee.
-
Log in to your account and manage it yourself — pause, skip a month, change the delivery date, or cancel. You can also email info@usebreathy.com and we will do it for you.
Make the change at least 48 hours before your next scheduled charge. If an order has already shipped, that one is on its way, but nothing further will be charged.
-
The product is identical. A one-time purchase ships once, at full price. Monthly delivery sends the same pack every month at a lower price, and you can pause or cancel at any time.
Most people use a strip every night, and a pack lasts 30 nights, which is why monthly works out simplest for regular users.
-
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged, or does not do what a strip or tape should reasonably do, you choose between a refund and a replacement, and we pay the return postage.
Email us with your order number and the batch code on the pack, and we will sort it out.
-
You will see the full list at checkout. We accept major debit and credit cards, plus the express payment options your device and browser support.
We never see or store your full card number, payments are handled by our payment providers.
-
Check your tracking link first, then email info@usebreathy.com with your order number and we will trace it with the carrier. If a parcel is lost in transit, we resend or refund, your choice. That is on us, not on you.

A flexible, drug-free strip that you wear across the bridge of your nose. It works from the outside: a one-piece spring band runs edge to edge and gently lifts the sides of the nose while you wear it.
No medication, no latex, nothing to inhale. Single use, up to 12 hours.
-
Clean and dry the skin across the bridge of your nose first. Skip moisturiser or oil in that spot, as adhesive does not stick to it. Peel off the backing, place the strip across the bridge and press down from the centre outwards for a few seconds.
To take it off, loosen the edges with warm water or do it in the shower, then peel slowly from both ends towards the centre.
-
For external use only, on clean, intact skin. Do not use on broken, irritated or sunburnt skin, and stop using it if your skin reacts. Not for children under 5.
They are not a treatment for sleep apnoea. If you snore heavily, stop breathing during sleep, or wake up unrefreshed, speak to a doctor. If you have a skin condition or any doubt, check with your pharmacist or doctor first.
-
It should not. The adhesive is designed to hold through the night and let go cleanly. The trick is to wet it first, use warm water or the shower, and peel slowly from the ends towards the middle rather than ripping it off in one go.
-
Honestly, for about a week you will notice it and nobody else will. We make a transparent version that sits almost invisibly, a black one that reads as intentional, and a pink one. Plenty of people wear them to the gym in daylight.
-
No. There is no fragrance, no menthol and nothing added to the adhesive.
-
It should stay put for a full session, up to 12 hours. If one lifts early, it is nearly always one of three things: skin that was not fully dry, moisturiser or oil where the strip sits, or a strip placed too high on the bony part of the nose rather than across the soft sides.
If you have ruled all three out and they still lift, email us, that is a product problem, not a user problem, and we will replace them.
-
Once the strip is peeled off, the adhesive has picked up skin oil and will not hold reliably a second time. Reusing one means it lifts halfway through the night, so we do not recommend it.
-
The strip holds the sides of your nose open mechanically while you wear it, so nasal breathing feels less effortful. You should notice it the moment you put one on.
How much difference it makes varies from person to person, the shape of your nose, and why it feels blocked in the first place, both matter. It is not a medicine and it does not change anything inside your nose.
-
30 strips. One a night for a month, or a month of training sessions.
-
They are worn on the outside of the nose, so they generally sit alongside other things without any interaction. If you use a CPAP machine, a nasal spray, a prescribed device or anything else medical, check with the professional who prescribed it before adding a strip.
-
That is what the 30-day money-back guarantee is for. Open the pack, try them, and if they are not for you email us and we refund you to your original payment method.
-
A soft, drug-free strip you place over the centre of your lips before bed, so your mouth stays closed and you breathe through your nose while you sleep. It is flexible, discreet and comes off in one movement in the morning.
Single use, up to 12 hours.
-
Clean and dry the skin around your lips, then place the strip vertically over the centre of your mouth. Press down for a few seconds so it settles.
Give yourself a few nights to get used to it. Some people start by wearing it for an hour while reading before they sleep with it on.
-
Only use it if you can breathe comfortably through your nose. Do not use it when you are congested, after alcohol or sedatives, or on broken or irritated skin. Not for children under 5.
It is not a treatment for sleep apnoea. If you snore heavily, stop breathing during sleep, or wake up unrefreshed, speak to a doctor before using mouth tape. If you have any doubt, check with your pharmacist or doctor first.
-
Hold the strip by its edges and lift the backing from one corner. Try not to touch the adhesive with your fingers; skin oil is what makes it lose grip.
-
It should not. The adhesive is chosen to hold overnight and release cleanly. Peel it slowly from one side rather than pulling it straight off, and wet it first if your skin is sensitive.
-
Only your pillow is watching. It is a small strip over the centre of the lips, not a full seal, and it comes off in one movement.
-
No. No fragrance, no flavour and nothing added to the adhesive.
-
It should hold until morning. If it lifts, the usual reasons are lip balm, moisturiser or facial oil where the strip sits, or skin that was not fully dry. Clean and dry first and it will hold much better.
-
The adhesive picks up skin oil and moisture overnight and will not hold properly a second time. A strip that half-holds is worse than no strip, so each one is meant for one night.
-
Yes, plenty of people do. The strip works on the outside of the nose and the tape keeps the lips together. If you are new to both, start with the nasal strip on its own for a few nights and add the tape once nose breathing feels comfortable.
-
Yes. It covers the centre of the lips only, so you can talk, cough or open your mouth at any point, and it peels off in one movement if you want it gone.
